Autism Spectrum Evaluation
Autism spectrum evaluations offer diagnostic clarification for symptoms of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and recommendations specific to ASD, when applicable. Autism spectrum testing is available for individuals aged 31 months to 18 years old.

ADHD Evaluation
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) evaluations assess for the significant presence of inattentive or hyperactive symptoms associated with the clinical diagnosis of ADHD. This evaluation is available for individuals ages 8 years old and older. For those interested in this evaluation for children under the age of 8, please consider our consultation services to determine if any evaluation or therapy services are the most appropriate for your child. Please keep in mind, these evaluations require collateral interview or a record review as a part of the process.

Autism and ADHD Evaluation
This evaluation is a combination of the two previously explained evaluations: autism spectrum and ADHD. This evaluation is available for individuals aged 8 years to 18 years old. Please note this also requires collateral interview or record review, as applicable.

Learning Evaluation
A learning evaluation is most appropriate for children or adolescents who have struggled with academic achievement. This evaluation assesses an individual’s academic strengths and weaknesses in the areas of reading, writing, and math to best understand their personal learning abilities. Please note, these evaluations include a record review and cognitive testing. Learning evaluations is available for individuals in grades 1 through 12. For those interested in this evaluation who are in college or out of school, please consider our consultation services to determine if an evaluation is right for you.

Neuropsychological Evaluation
Neuropsychological evaluations offer clients and referral sources diagnostic clarification of concerns that involve changes to cognitive functioning (e.g. memory, attention, executive functioning, etc.). Additionally, these evaluations allow for clarification regarding a mental health condition that may impact cognitive functioning. Our neuropsychological evaluations offer recommendations specific to the individual’s cognitive and emotional complaints, as well as a greater understanding of their cognitive and psychological functioning. Please be aware that PPA is limited with the specificity of neuropsychological evalutions related to neurocognitive disorders, which may result in a referral for more specialized testing, and do not currently involve suspected dementia symptoms.

Psychological Evaluation
Psychological evaluations offer diagnostic clarification and an overview of psychological functioning for mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and so on. Psychological evaluations can be used when a client needs clarification regarding their mental health diagnosis, recommendations for possible treatment interventions, and a desire to understand their overall psychological functioning.

Gifted Evaluation
Gifted evaluations involve intelligence (IQ) testing for students who need to qualify for gifted and talented programs or for individuals who require an IQ for career entry qualifications. Please note this does not involve diagnostic evaluation of cognitive or emotional difficulties.
