Dr. Stephanie Ravine

Dr. Ravine is dually licensed in Oregon and Colorado. She graduated from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, accredited by the American Psychological Association, in 2014. She then interned and completed her post-doctoral year at Colorado Department of Corrections working with a diverse population of offenders to include those with severe and persistent mental illness. Dr. Ravine started her first licensed year as a psychologist and the subsequent seven years at a private practice specializing in psychological, neuropsychological, and learning disorder evaluations. Dr. Ravine has spent the last seven years conducting evaluations in Denver, Colorado, as well as supervising predoctoral interns and post-doctoral psychologists. She also worked as a clinical director for two years. After moving to Oregon in 2021, Dr. Ravine sought to bring her years of evaluation experience to the pacific northwest to serve her community. Although she continues to supervise post-doctoral students, she spends most of her time personally conducting evaluations. She has been able to serve thousands of Coloradans and Oregonians over the years having completed over 3,500 evaluations as an evaluator and supervisor with over 14 years in the mental health field. Currently, Dr. Ravine conducts neuropsychological, psychological, specific learning disorder, and gifted/talented evaluations for clients 6 years old and up. She also partners with agencies to conduct disability evaluations for veterans.

Dr. Jack Wells

Dr. Wells is a dually licensed psychologist in the states of Oregon and Colorado. He began his career working in an acute psychiatric hospital for numerous years where he was exposed to a variety of severe mental health symptoms and behaviors. He earned a master’s degree in counseling and spent over three years providing therapy to individuals with severe mental health and co-occurring substance dependence difficulties. He graduated from the University of the Rockies (previously known as the Colorado School of Professional Psychology) in Denver, Colorado. During that time, he provided therapy at the University of Colorado and administered diagnostic evaluations for a local private practice clinic. During residency, Dr. Wells focused his experience on conducting diagnostic evaluations for a variety of individuals, ranging from young children to adults, that involved many different types of evaluations such as neurodevelopmental, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluations. It was during this time that Dr. Wells also began his training and specialization in autism spectrum testing, especially within the context of other early developmental problems. He expanded his responsibilities to supervise pre-doctoral students and post-doctoral psychologists, which included an emphasis upon autism spectrum assessment administration. Over the years, Dr. Wells has completed over 1500 diagnostic evaluations as both an evaluator and supervisor with over 16 years of work experience in the mental health field. Since relocating to Oregon in 2021, he has enjoyed the opportunity to serve the people of Oregon with thoughtful and considerate diagnostic practices. Currently, Dr. Wells conducts neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for individuals 6 years old and up. Additionally, he specializes in autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental testing with children 31 months old (i.e., 2 years and 7 months old) through 18 years old.

Dr. Shelby Tuthill

Dr. Tuthill is a postdoctoral psychologist resident working toward licensure in Oregon. She graduated from Colorado State University’s Counseling Psychology doctoral program in 2023. During her training program, she provided individual and group therapy as well as psychodiagnostic assessment in various community mental health and university counseling settings. She conducted research with a focus on intersectionality, LGBTQ+ mental health, and affirming therapy. She interned at Pacific Psychology and Comprehensive Health Clinic (2022-2023), providing individual therapy, supervision of practicum students, and psychodiagnostic assessment. She is completing her postdoctoral residency at this time, providing therapy and evaluations at Mangata Wellness and evaluations at Portland Psychological Assessments, LLC.
